Training Courses


Q.A. Management Services offer several public and in-house training courses using certified and qualified training staff. The following courses are an example of what is offered :

Working with ISO9000

This course provides an introduction to the principles and practices of quality management under the ISO 9000 approach. The elements of ISO 9001/2 are explained in simple english with examples and excercises on how to implement the requirements into your own organisation.
Duration : one day

Quality Assurance Workshop

Designed to provide a sufficiently in-depth understanding of quality assurance and the ISO 9000 approach, so that participants can set up their own company's quality system. Model manuals and procedures are provided, along with several document writing ex cercises.
Duration : 3 days (for public courses) 2 days (if run in-house)

Internal Quality Audits

A course for training and certifying your in-house quality system auditors. This popular course is full of role play and workshop activities, providing a light hearted view of the antics and pitfalls from typical interactions between auditors and auditee s.
Duration : 2 days

Total Quality Management

An introductory workshop into the tools of continous improvement and statistical process control. These courses are always run in-house for client companies over a 2 or 3 day period, depending on the level of understanding required.
