Phil has over 20 years of experience from the U.K. having worked in the
power generation industry during major construction projects, repair
and maintenance outages and factory repair / manufacture of components.
A further 13 years of experience has been gained in the resources
sector since moving to Australia in 1983. During his time, Phil worked
in various areas of specialist expertise including mechanical
engineering, metallurgy, NDT, transmission, generation, construction
and production inspection. Th
ese periods involved hands-on practices in work planning,
metallography, NDT, inspection coordination, quality planning, system
development and auditing.Having founded the company some ten years ago, Phil likes to remain actively involved at the "coal face" of the various group operations, but occasionally gets to relax on weekends, playing golf or following his Australian Rules football team, the West Co ast Eagles.
